CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. We require 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the case that 48 hour notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service. No shows are included under this policy.  Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
